Of course one should bear in mind that Serbia, Croatia, and Macedonia were all part of Yugoslavia when I travelled through. And Germany still was split in two parts.

Very cool. :-) I think I've done the states one before, but I might do it again. I've been to both AK and HI, but I missed out on most of the southern states.

I was surprised by how many states I'd hit. I could count Hawaii, in that I sat on a runway there for over 8 hours (there was a measles outbreak on Oahu and we weren't allowed off the plane while it refueled).

I vaguely remember going to Reno which is the only time I've touched Nevada to my knowledge. *G*

I've been to Reno, too. :-) We took several trips when we lived in AK, and Hawaii and then California/Nevada were a couple of them. We've driven across the country three times, too, but we always spent time sightseeing.

Besides the US, though, I've only been to Canada, so I didn't bother doing that one. :-)

Yeah, but Canada takes up a huge amount and I've really only been to two places there: Montreal and Vancouver.

And I got to count several countries for my trip through Yugoslavia since Yugoslavia's no longer there, but the component parts are. *G*
