List seven songs you are into right now. No matter what the genre, whether they have words, or even if they're any good, but they must be songs you're really enjoying now. Post these instructions in your Livejournal along with your seven songs. Then tag seven other people to see what they're listening to.

1) If you Could Read My Mind by Gordon Lightfoot
2) I Want to be Evil by Eartha Kitt
3) Weep No More Sad Fountains by Patrick Doyle (Sense and Sensibility Soundtrack -- it's finally been released on iTunes)
5) Christmas Eve (Sarajevo 12/24) by Savatage
6) Put the Blame on Mame by Viktor Laszlo (also finally released on iTunes. Do you know how hard it is to find her?)
7) Milonga del Angel by Yo-Yo Ma, Kathryn Stott

All right. I'm odd.

You're not odd. :-) It's fun to have eclectic tastes.

also finally released on iTunes.

I share your pain. I download mostly from MusicMatch but I also signed up for iTunes and a few other sites and if something is not available from one, it's not available at the others either. :-(

I also dislike this new trend to release "partial albums" for download. They don't include all the songs so you have to buy the CD to get them all. Well, I'm not going to. hehe

Eclectic does sound better than odd. *G*

I have several songs that I'm hoping to get my hands on soon. Right now, they're only up in bastardized versions at iTunes.

That's annoying, too. I sometimes love various versions of songs--sometimes even by the same artist--but sometimes I just want the one that I want. Good luck! :-)

*smooches* I did this one not to long ago and my answers wouldn't have changed enough yet to do it again.

Odd, yes, but so'm I so wtf.*gg* I love Gordon Lightfoot. Very cool. Didn't know that Christmas Eve/Sarajevo was done by someone else. That just so happens to be on my list right now, but by the TransSiberian Orchestra. Love their instrumentals. ;) Going off to make my list, which hasn't altered all that much from the last time I did a song list. ;)

Savatage and TransSiberian Orchestra share personnel. The song works in the context of the Dead Winter Dead album beautifully.
