Just for the record, a few good things are happening in my life.

I'm exercising regularly, eating better, and walking in the daylight. I hope that if I make these things a habit now, I'll be able to continue with them no matter how far north I go.

Keep your fingers crossed that I can find temp work here so that I can get my act together to go farther north.

The hyperbaric treatments seem to have helped my father immensely. Mom is having a few issues physically, but Dad and Sis have promised to keep an eye on her.
