Check in for 1 May

So... There was no check-in on Friday because Mom spent Thursday night vomiting. I took her to urgent care because her doctor didn't have an available appointment until today where they prescribed a couple of things and suggested a glass of Gatorade. They also said not to cancel the appointment with her Primary Care Physician, so we just got home from that.
He's checking Mom for a UTI or other infection.
Sis and I had a couple of talks over the weekend. Mom's sleeping a great deal. She has headaches, too -- yes, I mentioned them to her doctor who just said have Tylenol -- and we're seriously worried that she won't make it to her 90th birthday in August. She's losing her appetite. The strokes in 2021 affected her sense of smell, so she's been less interested in food in general anyway, but, yeah.
Sis has been through it with Dad and feels like she's recognizing the signs.
For myself:
I did yoga this morning and it felt good to do so. I may take a walk later, if the weather holds.
As soon as I post this, I'm going to write for a little while. I have a few old pieces that I'm trying to finish, so maybe I'll have a story to post later this week.
