Odd Vacation

The first few days of the break were great. I got Thanksgiving dinner on the table close to on-time. We went on a river cruise. We saw SCAD and some of Savannah.

Then, yesterday, Elle got sick. We were afraid it was appendicitis, but it turned out to be a kidney stone. She's out of pain, thanks to the good drugs, but if it's not out by tomorrow, she won't be able to fly.

We spent yesterday at the hospital, and today is lazy.

Hope for the best.

She was able to fly as it finally passed about 36 hours after I wrote the above post. She's going to need a complete change to her diet, but at least Elle 's out of pain.
