I've been reading fanfiction recommendations mostly.

It's a good diversion.

It's also helping me prepare for Yuletide.

Anyone else signing up?

I'm not sure if I'm signing up for Yuletide this year. I've done it and had fun, but it is a lot of stress and I've been in a writing slump all year...

I find Yuletide can prime the pump for other stories, but I do understand about not taking on extra stress.

Planning on signing up, but I have no idea at all what fandoms I'd be interested in writing. All my writing mojo recently has been going towards an original project, so I'm not entirely sure I should split my energy, but like you said above, sometimes it all goes to prime the pump.

Not doing yuletide, since I don't write fanfiction, but I just now ran across a rec for a very nice Spirited Away future-fic (possibly you are aware of this as it may be showing up on your friendsfriends as well, but I figure it's hardly a crisis if you get a duplicate rec.)
