Her original post asked that people pray for Bush to die. She also said that she'd laugh and dance naked if he died. How is that a credible threat?
Political hyperbole is protected by free speech. Death threats aren't. I think that, as childish as I found the original post to be, it clearly falls into the first category not the second.
That someone would report her words as a death threat bothers me. Once it was reported, I have no problem with the FBI or Secret Service investigating it. But it should have been dismissed before it came down to a home visit.
