If you haven't already posted an "how do I opt out of this Facebook Twitter thing?" in the support area, please do so. If we let LJ know how unhappy we are, an option will probably appear.
There is a discussion post over at matociquala's Journal about this. Being less-than-skilled in things computer, I don't quite understand it, but it might be something that would help.
