First of all, Mercury goes retrograde later this week. Back up your files NOW.

Secondly, I've seen lots of pretty monarch butterflies on my walks the last few days. Also, men keep saying high to me. This is a walk I've made close to daily for over a year, but now I'm getting hellos from the Capitol Cops? *G*

Lastly, I have decided that walking 2.6 miles with an 8-lb medicine ball counts as my workout this evening.

Neptune is currently retrograde, through November 7, Pluto is retrograde until September 14 (started in April, Uranus is also retrograde until December 6, and Mercury starts on August 20 through September 12.
