It was cool enough this morning to walk to work. That's the first time in weeks where that's been true. I've managed to walk home a couple of times after or during rain storms (though not lightning storms; I'm still terrified of being hit), but in the mornings, I walk out of my building only to be hit by a wall of heat and therefore have taken the bus or a taxi.

I grinned the whole way, just to feel how lovely it was to use my body.
