The Closer.
It's not that I don't love the casts of several shows. Criminal Minds, for instance, has a whole lot of pretty combined with a good bit of talented.
Most shows, though, have one character, at least, whose actor I find less than the others around him. I'm not all that fond of Gabrielle Anwar on Burn Notice. She's had some good moments, and I think the character's well-written, but I feel she's a weak link in the cast.
The Closer has a huge cast, and not a weak link among them. Kyra Sedgwick's accent is a bit over the top, but I know a couple of Southern women who do that so others underestimate them. (As Jeff Foxworthy once said, you'll never see a Southerner allowed to play an accountant on TV. [/paraphrase] People think the accent means we're all dumb.)
The characters of Provenza and Flynn are a great comic double act without being unbelievable, and both actors can play tough when they need to. Lieutenant Tao is a geek's geek with a quick wit. Even Buzz, the tech guy in the interrogation room, is a well etched character.
