Can't Sleep Yet

I ended up going back to the hospital last night. I'd had pain in my lower back for sometime, but it escalated rapidly.


After the diarrhea and vomiting of a couple of days ago, I've been on a bland diet fighting nausea since. I'm definitely better, but the pain and its sudden worsening alarmed me.

Long story short, I have a degenerative disc in my lower back (nothing out of the ordinary for someone my age), but the lack of exercise, lack of fiber in my diet, and inability to swallow my usual medications (which include an anti-inflammatory) meant that I was so constipated the pressure on the disc became excruciating.



So. I'm better or will be soon. I'm going to sleep for awhile.

A little sleep, a little food, and I'm doing a little better. The nausea is still the worst thing, now that the other issue has been taken care of. I can't eat enough not to feel weak.
