Dillinger's desk is still futuristic.

And some of the programming cliches go way back. This film is pre-Personal Computer, but the programmers are noshing on popcorn in their cubicle farm. *G*

Tron? Now that's old school! Damn, I actually remember seeing that in the theaters when it came out (and I don't think I've ever seen it again). I'll have to re-watch it some day. I seem to remember colors and lines and... that's about it, actually.

The sequel is coming out in December in 3D and looks so cool. I had to rewatch the original. Jeff Bridges and Bruce Boxleitner are both back.

But yeah, lots of colors and lines with lots of things locked to grids. It's one of the earliest true CGI movies, if not the very first, and it's so funny in some ways, but so cool in others.
