So at the beginning of summer party, I ended up talking about anime. There was one mentioned that was set in Washington, DC, I think. If this sounds familiar to anyone, please comment with the name of the series. I'd be interested to see it.
it's not "set in", but Eden of the East starts out in DC. And the entire first episode (aside from dialogue between the two main characters) is in English. Good English, at that.
