The lights went off around 10 and the lights in the Representative's office buildings have more offices than usual lit after midnight.

The strangest night for me was back in September when the economic crisis was first being felt. The lights went off in the cupola just after midnight and I sat here an watched the Representative's offices light back up.

Maybe one day, those of us here in DC will have a Representative with a vote and her office will light up.
