The cranberry almond tart is gorgeous. The real test will be how it tastes, but it's definitely pretty.
And I realized I never used up the rest of the sliced apples from when you were here. I thought I'd have to pitch them by now, but since my fridge is just above freezing (set on almost the lowest setting even), they were still just fine when I tried them. So I added a few more, and the tail end of the cranberries, and am in the midst of a bastardized version of the tarte we made that weekend (but made in a tin, not freeform, since I need to move by car.
