There are a series of FREE podcasts available on iTunes dealing with the best way to prepare specific dishes. The first one is on omelettes.

Oo I'll have to check those out. I really like Jamie Oliver and I loved his shows where he'd make food for his mates or for a function, just chucking the stuff together with real love and enthusiasm. I tried out his Brownie recipe and it went down extremely well with everyone at work and with the girls too. Mind, Children + Chocolate = Happiness anyway!

So far, I've only applied for 6 jobs. My goal is to apply for two a day until I get a new job.

If worse comes to worst, I'll put in for the jobs at the Smithsonian shops. They're seasonal, but a) it's walking distance and b) better something than nothing.

Enjoy the podcasts. Free is always good.
