Hmm- I think this might be a shade more condensed than the three page version of this recipe that I have printed out at home.
I do love this recipe, but it occurs to me that just for me, and for less special occasions, I could probably reasonably easily come up w/ a cheaper and less rich version to just cook up a big pot of on weekends. It is one those traditional recipes that there are 600 versions of depending what you have on hand, right?
Though of course I still have that whole one-pot cookbook from Christmas to get through. (I am so looking forward to having a proper kitchen in 3 months or so.)
