You know who Tom Wilkinson is. Huzza! One of the best parts of my mis-spent youth was watching plays with him in them. My roommate and I saw The Maid's Tragedy so many times, that he took us out to dinner in lieu of having "a long service medal minted."
I don't know about The Crucible, however, I do know that he did Miller's adaptation of An Enemy of the People at the Young Vic. Stunning performance.
