There are things that I'm so mad about that I can't write coherently -- like Sean Hannity on The View yesterday saying there was no proof that the United States had committed torture at Abu Ghraib.
I can't even watch the news or any shows like that whatsoever. I just can't. That's why I live in the Stargate world instead. :-)
I've never heard of having special glasses for the computer, but it sounds like a good idea. I do understand how great it can be to finally get glasses (or contacts or whatever) that work for you, though. I first started wearing glasses over three years ago and they never had my prescription right. I lived AK (on an island) at the time, so I had to wait months until I was in the Lower 48 to get to a different eye doctor who gave me a completely different prescription, but that wasn't right either. I finally just stopped wearing them. Here I finally found an eye doctor that I like and finally have glasses that I like and that work for me. (I wish I'd picked a different frame, but at least the prescription is right.)
These prisms make the computer much easier to read, but everything else looks very funny through them. I wonder if they'd realized earlier what the problem was, if they could have made me see everything with both eyes.
I don't know enough about this to know, but I wonder, too.
Do you go to a Curves class? One of my friends started going, and she said it was really hard. A Curves just opened up right near my house sometime in this last year and I've thought about going there, but I really dislike going to exercise in a public place. OTOH, maybe I'd be more consistent if I had somewhere to go.
