Not much exercise today, but I completed two watercolor drawings. The first one was terrible, but let me see what I was doing wrong. The second is very loose, but I think someone sitting on my back porch could identify which tree it's supposed to be.

I wrote for over half an hour. I only managed about 500 words because I was researching as I went, but it's a good start.

As Julia Child put it, "The first crepe is a *test* crepe." It's reasonable for a first try to be the 'warming up and getting back in gear' one.

I enjoy drawing, but I've never been good at it. So, the first hundred drawings are test crepes for me. 😀
