Sis has feeling in her hand and can wiggle her fingers which is very good. She has to keep her wrist above her heart for the next two weeks.
Mom was told not to bend at the waist and not to lift anything or strain. On her way into the house when I brought her home, she stopped, bent from the waist, and picked up a potted chrysanthemum. She was surprised when I snapped at her to put it down. Last night, she ran out of wine and rather than ask someone to open a bottle, she put the bottle between her feet, bent from the waist and pulled the cork that way. Sis saw her and said something. It's just hard to deal with.
