I don't know. That's part of the reason that I'm going through the exercises in the book.
For instance, I know enough now about what I like about cooking that I'm pretty sure that I don't want to be a chef or caterer. Though I would like to be able to cook for friends. Maybe a subscription service for dinner parties?
I don't know if I'll get what I'm looking for out of the book. It seems to be written in a very "Go You!" style. On the other hand, hearing "Go You!" is probably a very good thing for me.
