My age is showing! And thank goodness for Wikipedia..the show is so old that IMDB doesn't recognize it. It was "The Adventures of Sir Francis Drake" and originally appeared on British TV (ATV) and then on NBC from June to September in 1962. I remember being fascinated by the costumes and the battles.
