For one thing, it's nice to be able to root for a team whose mascot isn't racist. [One local paper in DC has been calling the team the Pigskins for at least 3 years. I think they should keep the R logo and rename themselves the Representatives.]

On the Mom side, she has a Doctor's appointment on Friday. In addition to the usual laments, I'm going to add that she feels very cold all the time.
