My mother was taken to the emergency room last night. The doctors think that there may be an infection in the stent (sic?) put in to make angioplasties easier.

Please send her good wishes. She'll need all the help she can get.

Mom's home from the hospital. They think it's a bladder infection and have forced two full drips of antibiotics in her. She's not reacting well to the prescriptions, but she's home and chatty.

Thank you all for your good wishes. As difficult as Mom can be, I don't want to lose her.
