They represent air current and the energy that flows through all things (which is why Aquarius is the ruler of astrology *g* since astrology reads patterns and flows). A few hundred years ago, European astrologers equated the pouring of water with the giving of energy(air). One of those metaphors that got lost in transition over the years. *gg*

Yep. Pluto has been in either opposition or square with Mars and Jupiter every single time there has been a planetary revolution of some kind. Late 18th century, America, Haiti, and France. A hundred years later, the civil war. A hundred years later, the civil rights. We're closing in on the age of Aquarius, which also rules the common man and common wisdom. Pisces, the age we're in now, rules metaphysics, spirituality, religion, and mysticism, and for the past 2,200, we've been inundated with massive belief systems.
