I counted the other day and suddenly realized I have five round cake pans, one bundt, and a springform. Guess I'm covered on the cake pans front. In light of how seldom I bake cakes, I find it interesting that I have a total of seven cake pans, but only four pie pans. I make a lot more pies.

And I know it's not stovetop or oven equipment, but I've decided I really do need at least one more bowl for my stand mixer, and possibly a second set of beaters. It would make this whole 'baking shitloads of cakes, pies and cookies for peoples' parties thing a hell of a lot easier.
