Seriously, texture is more important to me than color. Sometimes it's more important to me than fit which is why I hate shopping and should only be allowed to do it with someone who has veto power. Because, really, what's worse than a sensual fabric that you can't wear?

I don't know that I'm a sensualist, but how things feel to me is definitely more important than how things look. I actually can't stand the feel of silk or satin or anything smooth and slippery, though. I prefer the feel of cotton or stretchy jersey material that's at least partially cotton.

And antique cocktail dresses! That sounds lovely, though I'm seriously more the type that wears sweatpants around the house and jeans and a t-shirt to get "dressed up." :-)
