Thanks for your thoughts about this film. I've sort of been putting it off; I love Brad Bird's work (even Mission Impossible 4; I'm guessing you may mean Tomorrowland is the first live action movie he's originated himself rather than being a hired gun?), but I do pay a certain amount of attention to reviews to keep from wasting way too much time, and they have been soooo mixed for this.
Totally agree with you about millennials. They are my students, plus my nieces and nephews, and overall I am pretty impressed.
ETA: Just noticed Bird's long-delayed project called 1906 is listed on the IMDb as being back in pre-production. It was meant to be his first action film but he never seemed to be able to get it rolling. Ah, and I may be wrong about Tomorrowland being his project: apparently Disney had Lindelof attached for quite some time before BB came on board. Anyway, I'm excited about 1906 if it ever gets off the ground.
