Who knows anything about light boxes? My doctor suggested that I use one, and I need recommendations.

Also, is anyone else getting premonitions of a particularly cold winter? I keep wanting to buy long underwear, tights, and wool pants.

Thank you. I'll look at the Day Light ones. I'm hoping that it won't be dreary, too. I can walk a mile through snow, but it's harder through rain. *G*
