I recently helped kestrell proof a scan of a book of ancient Greek poetry, and was really surprised how modern much of it was. Did you know that "women shopping for shoes" was a subject for comedy as far back as 3rd century BC? Also, "pretentious people pretending to be awesome at art appreciation", "people who act as their own lawyers", and many others...
