Dulles

The good news is that I have $400 in travel credit from the airline. I also have free wi-fi and some free food. (If I may offer a tip to public food areas... Have more than two flavors of yogurt. If you can't have more than two flavors of yogurt, make sure they are VERY different. Strawberry and Strawberry-Banana are not sufficient in that regard.)

To do that, I had to get up at four in the morning, be bumped from my 8:00 a.m. flight, and have my new flight not be until 6:35 p.m.

Allow me to add, that they did have me on an earlier flight -- to the wrong city in Florida. I pointed out that Orlando wasn't going to help me when I needed to be in Tampa/Clearwater, hence the 6:35 pm flight.

I'd hoped to get to the Salvador Dali Museum today, but that's not going to happen. Swimming may still happen if the pool is open when I get to the hotel. I like swimming at night.

HUGS! :(

I've been stuck on the ground at Dulles for a seven hours+ wait and I really sympathise because yeah, it all gets real old real quick. I trust there are no thunderstorms there today? It seems to attract them like a big magnet.

I hope you get to do your swimming!

The thunderstorms were yesterday. Today's supposed to be beautiful, but I can't go out in to it. *sigh*
