I just got an offer to pick up a whole batch of peaches on the way home, from someone who has a tree. So I may try something your cobbler over the weekend- sounds much easier than a proper pie.

Question- I don't think I have peach jam. If I were lazy, and just used another flavor of jam that I had in the house (probably raspberry), do you think it would give me an intriguing mixed-fruit cobbler, or just be odd?
